We have been renting from PMI Middle Tennessee since 2018. Todd and the team have been wonderful to work with and addressed any issues that have come up quickly. Several renewals under our belt have been seamless and easy, I recommend PMI to anyone I see looking.
I’ve recently started renting a property through PMI Middle TN and me and my family are enjoying it. I love how when something goes wrong with the house and I submit a complaint online it gets handled in the same day or when I contact my Landlord he handles everything in the same day thank you so much. PMI middle Tennessee for everything.
We haven't had any issues. The small repairs that we have needed they are on top of everything. We have been here for 4 years and really enjoy it
Our experience with PMI property management and specifically with Todd Randolph has been great. He’s very responsive and proactive, sending reminders and helpful tips periodically and takes care of issues immediately.
By far the best renting experience I have ever had. From the bug guy to the guy that does the yard, everyone is exceptionally nice. When I have had to have something fixed, the experience is flawless. Overall, great company!
