So far PMI has been really great to work with! My only complaint is that there isn't an option to pay rent that doesn't include some sort of service charge. Usually ACH doesn't involve a service charge (with them it does) and I offered to pay via mailed check and they wouldn't accept that.
PMI of Middle TN has been wonderful to work with over the years. They’re always quick to respond, helpful, and professional. We couldn’t ask for a better rental experience!
Jill our PM and has been fantastic, if we need anything she is always on it. PMI has been great so far with no issues. The home is a new build with everything brand new. My only downfall is the house does not have ceiling fans, not a deal breaker just stinks in the summer time. Other than that no issues with management they’re always on top of it.
Our former property management company was acquired by PMI Middle TN and they made the transition as smooth and friction free as possible. They have done an impactful job at setting a foundation of trust with us. I would highly recommend them for property management.
