Terrible people they ran my hoa to the ground please stay away from them
I have to deal with this dog and pony show of a company because my hoa engages them to manage our association’s billing. If I could, I would fire them: they have demonstrated a pattern of not sending me original dues statements to the contact info they have for me and then contacting me with billings for delinquencies. Could be fraud or could be incompetence. Brian is very unhelpful and has zero customer service skills. Stay away from this company if you can.

Update: spoke to several attorneys, who all confirm that this fine schedule and addendum that was filed was full of illegal clauses, including individual misconduct where you have repeatedly stated is according to the state law, which is nowhere to be found within the property section 209, and even your own attorney is on record, admitting the most of this fine schedule and policy is not enforceable and is not in fact in accordance.
