I have had the worst experience with this property management company and its owner. I did follow up on your recommendation, and I spoke to two different attorneys regarding this addendum, who said that your individual misconduct addition and asking homeowners to pay for your attorney fees is completely illegal and unenforceable. I have had the worst experience with this property management company and its owner. They act like they have vested interest in my development over my own property rights. They are filing addendum and official documents on our developments behalf without having a single vote from any of the homeowners. Furthermore, they include ambiguous language designed to extort financially the homeowner for the benefit of this company and refuse to give a legal explanation to already illegal covenant. Extremely helpful and understanding. If you follow your HOAs bylaws you don't ever hear from them. But, if you do make a mistake, they give you time to fix it.
