(09-24-24): I really tried to have patience throughout this process but I think I have waited long enough before making this review. I toured and applied for an apartment here on September 10th and have been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. After paying $55 dollars each for myself and my boyfriend ($110 total), we were left waiting for a decision with no updates. Very responsive to tenant calls and always available to help. They go above and beyond to keep tenants and landlord happy. Highly recommend!!
Very bad customer service and really poor communication. Are you guys really want to rent the properties or you guys want to charge people $50 from each applicant. After apply no communication at all applied 2 times one with co signed and no communication at all emailed several time never. The property is still on show. Bunch of scammers working here.
