After selling my house, I lived in a rental home managed by PMI Made Simple and found this company and their staff to be honest and efficient. Joanne handled maintenance requests quickly, Angii sent out general communications in a timely manner to all tenants, and Ashley completed tasks involving move out in a professional manner. Should I find myself in need of a rental home again, I will definitely seek out this company’s service again.
Update: After giving us back the small amount of our deposit we did get they sent us another email that they forgot an invoice and we have to pay back most of the money! What a joke. They will nickel and dime you for every single little thing that they can. Would not recommend! Before we moved in to our rental it was filthy. TLDR: You won't be taken care of. Period. No communication. DO NOT rent any property from them. Our water heater broke in the peak of winter and we asked them to take care of it. No sense of urgency; we had no hot water for 10+ days. When they finally sent someone, they didn't do a thorough inspection so the replacement water heater eventually broke again. This property management office is a joke. There is no communication from the office. I’m trying to reach them for over 2 weeks now. No one answer the phone and I leave the message but no response. I left messages on the portal too. Only thing they say is that it is escalated to the manager. However the manager never replies!!!!! I do not recommend to rent any house from here. I wish I could speak with the owner of the house
This rental company is so patient and understanding. Thanks to them, we are able to continue renting with them as they kept the rent for this year affordable and they continue to provide great service. They also replaced the water heater that has greater capacity than the old one and made sure it was up to earthquake code as it wasn’t before with a previous rental company.
