PMI has been solid for work with the last few years and kept our property on track. They are responsive to inquiries and we have largely been able to set it and forget it while still being informed about what is going on without the stress of trying to handle any issues directly. Highly recommend for anyone needing help with property management.
I have had numerous property managers in the past. PMI has surpassed them all and have been seamless to work with. I love that we set goals together and work towards that. I also appreciate that one person is not doing everything. They have people that work specifically in marketing, others that do maintenance or tenant transitions. Most of all, I appreciate that they are accessible. I can call at any time and get it update. Would highly recommend.
We have provided various pest control services for PMI Rentals over the past year. They have been great to work with an easy to communicate with. We like the Software they use to send us service requests. PMI has been prompt with payments and good about aproving/denying bids quickly so I can get the work done or move on.
