Seriously the worst. No one ever answers and when they finally do, doesn't even sound like customer service speaks English properly or understands what my question is. The scheduling system is so frustrating and keeps cancelling on us an hour before the showing. Why would anyone want to work with a property management company that is hard to get ahold of? I’ve had a very frustrating experience with PMI Property Management regarding a time-sensitive document request. I was required by DWS (Department of Workforce Services) to submit a shelter verification form for food and financial assistance. Over the course of several weeks, I emailed the form, requested a letter, and even brought the document in person to the office. They sucked, we came into the home and the first day the basement flooded it took them two months to fix the floors keep in mind they tried to blame us for it all (it literally happened the same night we got the keys and then they told us over the phone this has been an ongoing issue) the first week I used the upstairs shower the handles were coming off it eventually broke and water was spraying everywhere. Clear communication until they asked us when we wanted to move in, they ignored our communication about it and then I saw that they had sold the property in the same day that they were asking us questions. Not very transparent as to where we were in the application process and still charged both me and my wife separate application fees.
I applied to live at an apartment run by pmi, me and my boyfriend looked at the place and thought it wouldn't be as bad as the reviews say. We asked them what we could do to apply since my boyfriend didn't turn 18 untill next month but we really wanted the place. They let us know he could submit an early application if we set our move in date to after he turned 18. We did just that, and applied.
