Quite possibly the WORST property management company I've ever dealt with! I can't believe the owners would actually use this company. Communication is limited strictly to electronic methods, which can be difficult for some tenants who are not comfortable using computers. I tried calling to assist a friend with setting up auto-pay, but the representative who answered, Dan, was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Never renting through this company again they can’t even make sure the units are up to date and by city codes. You’re better off going through a different property management company. Expect a lawsuit.
