We've had the most difficult experience leasing through Michael and team. We've been lied to SEVERAL times and am still currently battling to recover money that was taken out for time when we did not live there. Beware that they will continue to charge money (even inaccurate late charges) to your account and claim that they will refund it but they won't. Poor Management, No Communication, No Accountability I had a deeply disappointing experience with PMI. Over the two years my tenants lived in my property, the company never conducted a single property inspection. I constantly had to remind them to do basic tasks—like renewing the lease agreement or getting the move out date from the tenants—which should be routine for any competent property manager.
