If I could leave none I would recently had them chafe me for a deep clean as well as carpet cleaning when the house was pristine they rob and scam anyone who won’t take the time to get their money back don’t get scammed
OWNERS AND RENTERS Watch out for this shady company! Was having issues getting ahold of them and having them out to repair a leak that was coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. Not sure why this company has so many high star ratings. I dealt with PMI little town over the course of a couple of months trying to receive my deposit that was promised to be returned. After months of no return phone calls/emails, I had decided to report them to the Better Business Bureau. After doing so I had found out that I was blocked from calling. When I first began the application process, Michael was very friendly and accommodating. I was given a tour of the property about two weeks before move in and saw they were still working on making some renovations. I was assured these would be completed before my move in date. I ended up asking if I could begin moving some boxes two days early, to which they accommodated (but not without adding those days to my monthly at a prorated amount. TLDR: Reliable and Respectful Property Managment II've been a PMI Little Town tenant for two years. Michael, Sally, and Della have been fantastic! They consistently address work orders promptly and haven't given me or my roommates any trouble when requesting maintenance. Unlike many property managers, PMI treats tenants fairly according to the lease. This has been evident even with major repairs or appliance replacements due to the property's age.
