We put in an application for one property they had us go looking at the property and was told they already had the people who were going to get the place but charged us 3 times for looking at the property all the while knowing your not going to get it they had already chosen the person who they were going to give it, then had us looking at a different property this time it took 3 weeks for them to get back to us after running our credit several times then at the last minute say oh we feel bad you didn't get the place when th... read more
I would give this place a zero. Utmost unprofessional management company I have ever seen. The conditions of the buildings that they allow tenants to live in I would consider them scumlords. They do nothing about drug activity in their buildings. They have tried to force evictions for their own property deficiencies of black mold which they expect the tenants to take care of. This review is being posted roughly a year after my experience with PMI but I had quite the contradictory experience than most it appears. PMI was amazing to my family and I. Karen in particular was the one I had most of my interactions with and she was nothing short of amazing. The apartment was super clean with a new oven fridge when I moved in.They allowed me to move out during the winter so I could buy my first house. The apartment manager Karen was pleasant with all communication often responding within 30min to an 1 hour.
