Absolutely love Andrea the realtor with this company very down to earth and we felt very comfortable with her. Yes we met the property manager Keith and he is also awesome as well also goes a long way that he is military we love that thank you guys for all your help

PMI IS BY FAR THE BEST RENTAL COMPANY WE'VE RENTED FROM. WE WENT FROM A WORTHLESS COMPANY CALLED "4RENT PROPERTIES" TO PEACE. ITS SO NICE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT SEES YOU AS MORE THAN JUST A RENT PAYMENT. WE'VE PUT IN MAINTENANCE REQUESTS AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT TO GET THEM DONE AND THE VENDORS ARE SUPER NICE PEOPLE.THANK YOU PMI FOR BEING WHAT A RENTAL COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO BE. ALSO SHOUT OUT TO DREA SHE CAN EVEN HELP THOSE OF YOU OUT THAT ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A HOME!!!
