Horrible landlord. 8 years renting an apartment with them, they kept changing the anniversary date to raise the rent earlier than scheduled. I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. The Staff were very nice. Was shopping around for townhouses and found one that they managed, after several phone calls, all of them with one of their very pleasant staff, we made the decision to become one of their tenants. Always friendly always helpful.
