Phil is the BEST property manager a person could ask for! His expertise is uncanny! He can be counted on for any repairs needed and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him for all of your property management needs.

Toured a unit it Phil was managing, was interested and wanted to discuss but he was hella rude and condescending when negotiating...didn't even end up applying cus of him. dude did not give good vibes, wouldn't trust

EDIT: I did not get the wrong PMI--this is referring to Philip Cadolino. Phil may have been good in the past, but it seems recently he has lost his principles (quite scary given you're supposed to trust him with real estate transactions and personal homes)! TLDR: Phil went back on his word about a refund, despite a clear trail of written communications with him agreeing to the refund. We recently worked with Phil to get our kids moved to Las Vegas. He was absolutely the best property manager we came in contact with. He was so accommodating, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and made the whole process a pleasure. Thank you Phil!
