Total service anything needs done the staff at PMI get it done, they keep you in the loop of any issues and they have great connections with local services from plumbers to handyman to pest control they get it done timely and inexpensive, again thank you very much for all the help this last year have a great New Year!!
I contacted PMI of Central Florida in 2014 to manage my townhome. Dave and Julie have done a wonderful job and are very responsive any time I contact them. They found a good tennant and provide peace of mind that everything is in good order with my investment. Worth every penny.
