Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering applying through this company to proceed with caution. I submitted my rental application on September 24, 2026, and paid the required application fee. Despite completing my application in full, this company continued requesting additional information that was never disclosed as part of the original application requirements. Outstanding company and people! Will is extremely helpful!
After applying and paying the rental fee, I promptly uploaded my pay stubs and all required documents through their PayScore system. When I emailed them about the lack of response, they only replied to say the unit had already been rented — right after I told them I was filing a complaint with the housing authority. Extremely shady and unprofessional. Do not recommend
I applied to rent a home that was told had 2 other applicants. They had me sign up for a 3rd party to check if my rent payments are on time. I have personally sent them every pay stub I have, filled out everything with the application only to be given the run around. I offered additionally to pay 3 months rent up front along with a security deposit.
