After applying and paying the rental fee, I promptly uploaded my pay stubs and all required documents through their PayScore system. When I emailed them about the lack of response, they only replied to say the unit had already been rented — right after I told them I was filing a complaint with the housing authority. Extremely shady and unprofessional. Do not recommend
I applied to rent a home that was told had 2 other applicants. They had me sign up for a 3rd party to check if my rent payments are on time. I have personally sent them every pay stub I have, filled out everything with the application only to be given the run around. I offered additionally to pay 3 months rent up front along with a security deposit.
