Very helpful during the rental setup process. Quick to answer all of our questions and patient while we dealt with the moving process.
We moved in as residents in a "four bedroom" home located in Milwaukie Oregon in March of 2025. I quotation marked the four bedroom because the fourth bedroom was actually more closet sized. But we were priced at a little over 3k per month. In addition to this we paid a nearly 6k security deposit, and first and last months rent. In total to initially move in we paid 12k.
