Not sure why this company has the excellent reviews it does across reviewing platforms as they simply don't return calls -- even when multiple messages are left. Perhaps their service is exemplary, but you have to get them on the phone first, and there's the rub.
We loved our stay at Blue Bird! Our NC adventure was perfect. The house is located overlooking the mountains. It is clean, modern and stocked with all kitchen necessities. Although we did not partake, the coffee bar was fully stocked I loved the fireplace which added the perfect amount of warmth while we enjoyed the sunset. The management company was very attentive to any of our questions and responded quickly. We will definitely be returning.
