I've been using their services for close to 4 months now. I left them two properties to manage. There's little to no communication. You will be the last person to know what's going on with your properties. They barely know what's going on themselves so when you ask for clarification, you are given a bullshit answer. If you dig deeper they will change their statements to match the real events. If you complain, they will give you attention for a new York minute with no real resolution or strategy. Beautiful cottage. Clean and has all the conveniences you need. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen area. Washer/dryer in unit. Quite a cozy cottage. Just far enough away from downtown Hendersonville and Brevard so you can feel like you’re camping. Close enough to dine and sight see in both.
