Worse experience in property management. Calls are never respond on time. I asked for the tax statement for several weeks until finally was sent. They kept money balance when I canceled their service due to their incompetence. Property keys were never returned after asking Jessica more than 10 times . No communication whatsoever when they were managing the property.

Communication was very important to me in finding the right team and they have always been easy to reach out. As a realtor, you don't get to pick who you do business with, as it is up to the client, but I was so thankful to have a chance to work with Jeffri. She was kind, prompt, communicative, honest and easy to work with. There were a few challenges that came up with the title company we were using(not her fault)but Jeffri always got on top of it. She is great agent and I'd love to work with her again in the future.
