Bought an air conditioner from them and the coil has leaked from day 1

Paid several pricey service calls but the unit still continued to break down. ( the unit was only 2 years old) Called a second company and it turned out that the coils had a leak. They was replaced and it runs great now. PMI had poorly trained technicians and was very unprofessional to deal with.
I should have read the reviews before using them. So don’t make the mistake I did!!! They sold me a lemon. Everytime they came out to repair it, something else broke a week later. It got so bad I asked them to replace it as it was under warranty. They refused saying they would just repair it. Well it’s hard to function when it was constantly breaking. I couldn’t take it anymore and had to buy another unit!! Obviously NOT from them. So thank you PMI for charging me 4,000 for the lemon and then 2 yrs later I had to purchase an... read more
