To be honest, I’ve never reviewed anything in my entire life, but I just felt the need to come on here and say that I’ve read through the reviews and I 100% disagree. I love PMI. They have been very attentive. You can tell they care about their attendance. I am New two the renting world and they have been very patient and very nice to me and genuinely that’s not a lot of things that a lot of places will do with me being as young as I am but I give a full five star abuse to PMI. Fast to get you into a house great service Lance is great and I appreciate him
Horrible they could care less and if you served the country they see you as nothing more then a cash cow. They don't care about your rights and or your contract for the property. They will purposely put you in a slum residence and then get offensive when you inquire more information about it. They change the prices whenever they want. If they missed a payment they will harass you until you fix their mistake and much more. If you are a vet or serving please don't give them the time of day.
Not very good rental company. They recent took over the house we currently been renting and they do not speak to us like we normal people. Said I didn't add it in my head for all payments
Woah, full stop folks! I rented this house for years and they just completely changed the rules on my renewal, pet rent, and pet deposits AFTER I signed my lease. Please reference Better Business Bureau complaint # 23687726 if you file one too. This is a big deal
