We haven't been renting a property from them for long but I felt the need for the star review there were some things needed once I got the keys. It was a Friday. I relayed the info about the maintance issues and when I arrived to our place the next day the maintenance tech was almost already done with everything I had concerns about. Since they have been very communicative snd have calmed any worries I have.thier maintenance tech was very friendly and also addressed the concerns I had one on one
