I applied a couple weeks ago and made two attempts to call and see if I’m approved. The guy who answered both times was kind of rude and didn’t help at all. I called last Friday and was told to wait to hear back on Monday. Monday came and nothing. So I called back Wednesday and the guy acted like he didn’t have any answers for me. Company is a joke. No communication. I worked on renting a house for 3 weeks couldn’t get them to talk to me hardly at all. Cancelled me seeing the house literally an hour before I was supposed to be there. Then took almost 2 weeks to get to see it. Then paid an application fee and everything and they don’t even tell me they already rented out the house. So just throwing money away. If zero stars was an option that is what they would receive. 1- POOR COMMUNICATION, by far THE WORST I’ve ever dealt with. 2-They don’t fix anything wrong with the house and will let you live in an unsafe environment. 3-They will take your deposit and will not provide and itemized list of the costs. This company has a reputation for not giving your deposit back. I was skeptical but found out how much they really are not honest. No matter how good of a tenant you are and how meticulous you leave the place, they refuse to do the walkthrough with you. They are not honest. Beware! Update. I did recieve my 850 minus all the charges you racked on after not doing the walk through with which is required by tenant rights. You charged me for things that were not an issue.
