Horrible they could care less and if you served the country they see you as nothing more then a cash cow. They don't care about your rights and or your contract for the property. They will purposely put you in a slum residence and then get offensive when you inquire more information about it. They change the prices whenever they want. If they missed a payment they will harass you until you fix their mistake and much more. If you are a vet or serving please don't give them the time of day.
Not very good rental company. They recent took over the house we currently been renting and they do not speak to us like we normal people. Said I didn't add it in my head for all payments
Woah, full stop folks! I rented this house for years and they just completely changed the rules on my renewal, pet rent, and pet deposits AFTER I signed my lease. Please reference Better Business Bureau complaint # 23687726 if you file one too. This is a big deal
Had to contact them to get an update about if security deposit was being refunded or not. They sent a ledger via Email and charged 190$ for replacement of blinds and labor. The house didn’t have blinds when we moved in nor were ever installed. After advising PMI of this false charged, they ceased to respond.
