I called to make an appointment to renew my medications prior to my primary insurance ending, I confirmed that they take Medicaid so I was okay to wait until the new month and they said they took it. ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT they called me saying they don’t take my insurance, and they would notify the contact center making the appointments so this issue would no longer occur. I have seen Dr Hanson for 6 years at the Health for Life Center. The people are great there. They are always trying to help you. Dr Hanson listens to his patients and works with them on their health issues. I always recommend both to people I know.

If your suffering or slowly dying these people couldn't care less. i have never felt so profiled and neglected. As ive lost nearly 55 pounds and an er visit once or twice a week i went to see a new primary and they sent me home in pure agony i need help and this office purely refused to help me calling me suspicious and making me feel less than human. Im lost now and see no hope for my future. Please STAY AWAY FROM ANY PRESBYTARIAN FACILITY. They would rather watch you die than actually try and help you.
