Awful, just awful. Living in Society Hill Building under PMC property group, we have had homeless people break into the building more than once, faulty fire alarm that goes off so often that tenants don't even leave the building anymore, and when the front door keypad broke, it took tenants posting flyers in the hallway asking everyone to email at the same time for our mailman to get access 2 weeks later.
