They have the worst package system
Very poorly run company. Do not move to any of their properties in the Hartford area. There is no customer service, the property management personnel appear like they do not want to work there and therefore will not work with you on anything. Responses are delayed or non-existent.
I have been trying to get a remaining balance that they have owed me since 2018. The apartments are nice and the person who shows them off is great. After you sign the lease it is all down hill from there though, packages getting stolen, elevator constantly broken, leasing office hours are 9-5 weekdays only so good luck if you have a job being able to go there, they never answer the phone and the voicemail is always full.
