Moved here 09/18 and was looking to save $. Loved the fact that rent includes H/ HW but I wouldn't move back in for free! 1st things 1st.... Almost everyone's cars get broken into/ stolen at some point. I was warned by another resident during my 1st week and it literally happened 2 days later. NO parking. Awful management. The housing authority is here all the time. They’ve visited my specific unit twice, once due to no heat for four days mid winter and the second time because squirrels were chewing through my window screens and running around my apartment (it sounds unbelievable but it’s true!). Totally unresponsive management.
