PMC PROPERTY DOES NOT PROVIDE HEAT IN THEIR BUILDINGS. CONSISTENTLY BELOW 60 DEGREES FARENHEIT INDOORS THROUGHOIT THE ENTIRE WINTER AND THEY HAVE LIED AND SAID ITS UNFIXABLE MULTIPLE TIMES. SAVE MONEY AND LIVE ON THE STREETS BEFORE LIVING HERE.
