Paul was recommended to us by a friend of ours and we have had him do a few things around the house. He has always been on time as always communicated the needs of the job and often took time to explain what he was doing and why what he was doing and why. One of the things I appreciate most is his communication and punctuality. Unfortunately not all trades approach these with the attention they require.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. He made sure to do a proper inspection around our house and identify any old pipes, values and hose bibs. He repaired everything with proper caution and explained all the details required to make sure that the house can be taken care of before the winter months. We had an issue with our hot water tank. Being relatively new to Airdrie, I started calling local plumbers and was getting nowhere, some didn’t even return phone messages. Paul returned my phone call and said he would drop by to check it out on his way back to Airdrie. He came by and resolved the issue in a quick, professional manner. I was very impressed with his friendliness and his rate was fair. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!
