Far exceeded our Expectations, from the moment we arrived to the emergency room because my Husband was having Heart stroke symptoms, He was rushed to triage an electro and vitals and within 5 minutes to a room and admitted to have all tests done, the Doctors, Nurses, Technical support, even housekeeping where extremely nice, supportive, attentive, if we asked for something, it was done with a smile, after being at other private hospitals several times, I must conclude that my experience at Jackson south was by far better tha... read more

The worst hospital ER! They took my initial vitals after that, they placed me in a room. Waited 2 hours for a doc, she explained the treatment that I was going to receive. 1 hour later nothing, then another nurse walks in with discharge instructions and prescription for me to buy meds and said I was good to go home. I went to the ER b/c I'm feeling sick and received no treatment!!! NOTHING!!! Kept in a room like a dog. They didn't even put an IV nor a pressure cuff to monitor me. I love the hospital it's a nice place and a great atmosphere. The doctors and nurses try their hardest in their work there is nothing to complain about that. There is great service in 2 south, 2 tower, and etc. we have to know that nurses and doctors try their best and that there are other patients that they have and we have to be patient and understanding towards that instead of criticizing every flaw that they do. I would recommend for people to come in this hospital.
I came yesterday I was in so much pain was treated bad doctor and nurse was rude. The discharged me while I was doped up and made me walk out on my own. Sent me home with no pain medication. Now I'm back better doctor and nurse. Lord blessed me with someone who really cared.
Went to er to get checked out at 3 pm.. Was told at 6 pm i had 2 patients ahead of me to see the doctor.. At 1 am i was told the same thing even though people who came after me came and went.. I left in disgust because i was tired and in pain.. I have medical insurance and came here because i live less than a mile from this place.. But today.. Im going to Baptist.. Im pretty sure you wont wait 12 hours to see a doctor.. If you have insurance.. Avoid this hospital network like the plague
