I visit the ER earlier in the week and they were slow they didn't have any patients in there about maybe 7 or 8 they were slow the tenants were rude from the front desk intake to the nurse the best one that I talked to was the doctors and emergency room nurses in the back. They should just close down and start from scratch. The ER staff (the ones I observed) are inefficient and lack basic knowledge, included but not limited to infection control. The staff is more engaged with each other than their patients. Drive the extra few miles to another hospital if your condition can handle it.

I came in with my dad having escrutiating back pain as he suffers from Cancer. This hospital gave us the best attention ever! I can't say enough to describe how awesome they are. Thank ya'll @[121470347866627:Jackson South Community Hospital].

WAS in ccu and the service was the worst ever experienced. I was shocke!! It was extremely hard to be my own advocate to have been so MISTREATED and unaware and had to be my own advocate. I had to call charge nurse which did no good .It was a painful misrable and worst stay ever. Unable to speak to doctor nor knew what was going . Still unclear to my diagnosis while there from Thursday til Sunday.
