The most indignantly ignorant parts department I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. This “Lisa” person wanted to argue with me about an incorrect part I was sent a month ago (correct model/serial were given from the beginning). This week the part ordered on Monday was never sent at all. With all the charm of a 15 year old KFC employee, she let me know “that’s too bad”. No apology, no urgency, no professionalism what so ever. I’m not sure why PMA allows such ineptitude, but it’s sad.
Gus is amazing! He couldnt help me, but spent a lot of time he didnt have to to help me find someone who can! Thanks Gus!!
