Caring staff, excellent doctors
I highly recommend Dr York Yang.
I am new to this family practice and was treated with the utmost coutesy and patience, (as I don't move too swiftly currently) Doctor Kaiser was welcoming and listened to and addresses all my concerns and his assistant/nurse was cheerful and quick to assist and make me comfortable right away. Having a doctor who took the time to take my boss and be so thorough in hearing my concerns durinf a wellness check was a pleasant change. I look forward to my continued care at this office.
Doctors and nurses/med assistants are terrific. The front staff is not helpful most of the time. Very hard to get an appt. in a timely manner. When you are sick you really need to see someone quickly and they don't seem to get it.

If you check the reviews on line (go ahead and google) you'll find that although the doctors are praised, the support staff is unhelpful and unpleasant. Trying to make an appointment is far too difficult. I also don't see the need of seeing a doctor every 90 days for "med check" just to get my prescriptions renews. I've been on certain medications for years, but I still need to make an appointment or they refuse to renew them. I feel like they're holding my meds hostage and playing games with my health just so they can make ... read more

Dr. Yang doesn't take your concerns seriously and blows you off. He also ignores phone calls and voicemails when you have questions. I have been going to this office for 34 years and I'm done with it. I'm so disgusted by our last two doctor visits with him.
