The staff is amazing here! They provided a great experience during a difficult time. We were seen, scanned, treated and home in under 2 hrs which is not the case at the hospitals. Staff was also so personable which is important when treating little ones.
The staff were patient and careful with me and my family. They listened and explained each step of the process and result.
Not that I ever want to visit a Peds Urgent Care again but if I have to ... this is the place. They were efficient & kind. The facility is impeccable & I was truly pleased with how my child was handled from start to finish. (Also noteworthy: they have mental health help available there as well!)
Made an appointment ahead of time was called on time to the back. It was very clean Doctors and assistance seems very professional. My son was sent home feeling a little better.
