Called ahead to make an appointment and was told to walk in around 4pm. We showed up, and they asked us to come back in 30 minutes. Fine. We came back exactly when they told us to, and then they said they didn’t think we’d actually return. That alone is unprofessional. What made it worse, other customers and staff were laughing about it right in front of us. Completely disrespectful. If you’re going to give time slots, honor them. I had such a great experience at PM Nails! Mindy is especially amazing at pedicures — she’s incredibly skilled and attentive to detail. The whole team works efficiently, but you never feel rushed, which I really appreciate. Every time I call, they greet me by my name, which makes it feel so personal and welcoming. I am so happy with my gel manicure that I got from Vivian today! The color is amazing and the quality is great. She was super sweet and the service was very good. Highly recommend.
