Cody came by to check my car battery which had died, since my family is very much sheltering in place under Covid-19, and we've not been going ANYWHERE. One of the tires was low, too. Cody showed me--from a safe distance!--just how gunked up my battery was, and changed it out for a good price. He also checked my car's tire pressure. Had to have a Porsche transported from Salem, Oregon to Lake Oswego. Stone dead battery so could not get it into neutral. Along came Travis. He was remarkable as to how he got that car on the flatbed. Todd up in Lake Oswego was equally amazed to to how he got the car off the flatbed. Cheers to Travis. He was wonderful....again thank you.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with P&M towing .. Visiting Salem and my alternator goes out at a city park and its getting dark ... With a two year old ...Cody 674 and Billy 672 did everything in their power to make us feel safe .... when it wasnt just a dead battery issue Cody called the shop and said Hey , got a woman and a two year old .. Called AAA for help on my dead battery. Cody from P&M Auto arrived promptly and to my surprise he was able to replace the battery on site and very quickly and courteously. Very pleased with Cody's service.
Hands down the biggest RIP off that exists for your vehicle needs, I live around the corner from them and still take my vehicles to Silverton Rd mechanics because they charge triple for any work done here... and they failed to be able to even fix what was needed on my grandmothers roadmaster. Today I go to pick a car up from a half a block tow, HALF A BLOCK tow.... on the 31st and they expect $395.00 it is their FIRST business day of the year at only 10:30 am they claimed to have already paid a fee to DMV which was a new ... read more

Such a bummer to have my battery die, but Christian made a very crummy experience so much better by being friendly, kind, and helpful. He was great, and my car and I are very happy!
Fortunately my dead battery greeted me in a Goodwill parking lot, (not on a rainy country road or beside a busy freeway) so easy to spot my Forester with me waving. Cody was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient as he replaced the old battery...….he worked quickly, answered all my questions and made sure I saw that the new battery was working well. I had just begun the new year with my AAA card (32-yr member) and having work done by someone as experienced and pleasant as Cody was a great beginning.
