First time buying a car online and I was petrified. Rozan walked me through the process and when I got panicky she stayed professional and calm. We had a hiccup in the process but she saw it all through and managed to help me keep me moving forward. I am very pleased with the car I chose and the price I paid. Please be aware buying any used car can come with issues but it is the buyers responsibility to have the car checked out so don't always point the finger at the dealer.
The salespeople are very transparent about the vehicles and want you to get the best fit for you. They are friendly and easy to work with. The prices are also reasonable and the selection is good. I felt very well taken care of with the staff here. The after sale support was good too. There was a slight issue with my car and they happily took it back for the mechanic to take a look at and ultimately fix. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend this place for buying a vehicle.
