This is an update 6/12/2019: After living here 5+ years and in two different units one being on first floor A wing and the other on the third floor B wing. Over all the experience has been positive but as the years pass it seems the small changes are adding up and not in good way while old issues have never been fixed. I lived there for 3 years and put up with the noise from the parking lot as well as from Hilde. After moving out I found out they CHARGE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR PAINTING AND CARPET CLEANING. They argue it's in the lease but not really-its very vague that you leave the carpet in professional condition. Weidner will nickle and dime you! I would not rent from this company-they charge for everything! Nothing special about these old and dated apartments, but the rent keeps increasing!!
I have loved living at Plymouth Square for 8 years. Whenever I've needed a repair done, I to the maintenance guy, Patrick! He is fast, friendly and does such nice work. I'm so appreciative!
