Im currently eaiting for my parents to find a home for us, ALL BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHO SMOKE. Every evening, some guys that live near us smoke marijuana, and they always cougha and leave horrible smells. And they aleays cough so DAMM LOUDLY. And the worst part... they do it for hours. And not like a hour or two. They do it for 4 HOURS. EVERY SINGLE EVENING. If you dont like to live near people who smoke, dont even bother thinking about coming here. I really wanna put 5 stars, but the smoking ruins it.

If you are not smoking, to live here will be hell for you. People smoking marijuana everywhere. They smoking day and night. Our neighbors in apartment #B224 smoking on balcony, and we live with closed windows everytime. To us it is impossible to live here.

This is an update 6/12/2019: After living here 5+ years and in two different units one being on first floor A wing and the other on the third floor B wing. Over all the experience has been positive but as the years pass it seems the small changes are adding up and not in good way while old issues have never been fixed. It is an older building so some things are understandable but as a renter I can't tell how much of it is up to the people who I see in the office or how much corporate over head they have to deal with binding ... read more

I lived there for 3 years and put up with the noise from the parking lot as well as from Hilde. After moving out I found out they CHARGE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR PAINTING AND CARPET CLEANING. They argue it's in the lease but not really-its very vague that you leave the carpet in professional condition. Weidner will nickle and dime you! I would not rent from this company-they charge for everything! Nothing special about these old and dated apartments, but the rent keeps increasing!!
