I love this company and how well they moved me. I was a little sketch at first on going with a company outside of my area, but was very pleased with the end result. Thankfully. I dont think I would be this happy had I went with someone else.
Had a good move with these guys. I was happy with my price and the way they treated me. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage or anything. Normally you leave the experience feeling used and abused. I did not feel like that with Plymouth. They were actually incredible. I cannot give enough praises to them and the crew sent to me. I wish I could give 10 stars because they deserve it.
This is the type of company you want to work with in any industry, especially moving. They are trustworthy, honest, reliable. I could go on and on, but alas I will spare you. My things came to me in one piece and I couldn't be happier. I didn't know what to expect because you often hear of horror stories. I am thankful that I am not one of them.
Looking for a relocation service this company was one of the five recommended. After back and forth I placed a deposit of $601 and then is when things went south. I could not get a firm price on the move. So I cancelled and requested a refund. Here's my issue still waiting for a refund and the company blames their service for Visa holding my funds- now two weeks later still fighting to get my money back- it should not require all this BS
Moving is sort of like a new form of torture lol but seriously. I spoke with so many companies getting quotes and what not, Plymouth was a good amount. It wasn't the cheapest (but cheapest scares me anyways), it wasn't the most expensive (I feel like those companies rip you off) it was good and within my budget. You wanna talk about a great mover? You gotta be talking about Plymouth relocation services. I never had a better move happen and I am not inexperienced in moving. The driver called me about 20 minutes before my pickup to let me know they would be arriving. When they came there was a crew of 4, which was great for the amount of belongings I had. Hallelujah is what I think of me finding Plymouth Relocation Services. Someone was looking out for me making sure I found a company that delivered. My move was better than I could have asked for. Hallelujah.
Moving cross country terrified me - especially after reading some horror stories online. I interviewed several different companies for the task and eventually chose Plymouth for my move. They arrived an hour late which scared me even though they called to advise they would be a little late. That's the reason I rated them 4 and not 5 stars. Everything else went smoothly. My parents and my sister recommended Plymouth Relocation Services to me. They assisted with my families move last year and all went smoothly so I contacted them for my move. Their customer service was excellent. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very thorough and accommodating. Fast forward to the day of my pickup, the movers were on time and very hard working.
