If there is one adjective I could give for this company it would be incredible. The day of my move the company I had originally booked with cancelled on me. So I was stuck scrambling last minute for a mover. Plymouth was in my top picks but the other company had a price that couldn't be beat, well that should have been my warning right there. One of a kind company. The professionalism was outstanding. When I spoke with other companies they were very pushy and almost condescending. I felt comfortable with them handling my goods. I read my binding estimate and they were right in line. Between the delivery and pickup it was as it should have been. I had moved across country to Washington. I am looking forward to starting my new life and cannot thank Plymouth enough!!!

I moved to US from Russia, which was a horrible move so I was nervous when I had to move across country. This was first time to move in US. I did not know what to think or expect. Luckily my English good, not best but it work. I would move again with them.

Happy I came across this company to do my recent move. They were great to work with. You never really know how things will go, luckily I kept to what I told them I was moving. There werent any additional items I was taking or anything. The crew was friendly and showed up ready. The foreman was really good he made sure everyone was doing as they should have been. Not one member of the crew slacked. I was shocked. He said they are very busy and that they want to make sure everyone receives the best service. Very happy.

Good moving companies are a dime a dozen. Some charge outrageous prices and are greedy, others low ball and just suck. Plymouth was a good medium. I asked a lot of questions to which they happily obliged, other companies I spoke with I couldn't get a straightforward answer from, they would just beat around the bush. I appreciate companies who tell you the truth instead of what you want to hear. I highly recommend these guys, the true professionals.

this company is awful they sub out your move to a company that has drivers that do not speak english, show up hours late, and when you call plymouth that cant even tell you when your items will arrive or were they are, do your homework do not trust an a rate from the bbb when i got my items 19 days later at 11:15 at night there were items missing and damage to my furniture when i contacted plymouth they never responded back to me, when the item were delivered the drivers had to put other people's mattresses on the ground to ... read more

I had my boys back out at the last minute that was supposed to help me move. So I didn't really have a choice in having to hire someone at the last minute. I settled on working with Plymouth and they were good. I generally try not to spend much money and save for my family, but in this case it was worth the expense. I know my people would have probably messed up some items, but these guys were professionals who know their stuff. I didn't think I would ever hire movers, but kinda glad I did.

Excellent company to move you!! I wasn't very excited to move, needless to say. First thing being now I have to settle in elsewhere, and on top of that dealing with a moving company... blahhhh!!! But honestly dealing with the folks at Plymouth wasn't bad at all. They really superseded my expectations. I was quite impressed with the way they handled my questions and hang ups. Outstanding company. Their expertise far exceeds any other moving company I have dealt with both past and present. I was moving across country for personal reasons and they were quick and easy with no hassle. It wasn't like they just wanted my money and run. They aren't a company that tells you what you want to hear and then not deliver. Everything was exceptionally smooth. Kudos to being such a wonderful company and look forward to working with you in the future.
