Good job guys!!! Probably update your phone number it is listed wrong up here. Maybe why people are not getting through. The website is helpful though
This place came highly recommended by my pediatrician's office, but the two times I've called (during business hours) to try and set up an appointment, I've had to leave a message. 3 hours after the second message was not returned, I called again, and was immediately placed on hold for 6 minutes! So far-not impressed!
Was seen quickly and given information very helpful for my child. They treated us both well and helped us to be comfortable with the new process.
It's not convenient, and it seems they don't answer their phones.
This was an awful experience! It took them six months to fax my son's diagnosis to his school. This is after calling them a lot of times. When I saw the doctor he didn't have any of the forms scored so I sat there while he scored them. Then he diagnosed my son with ADHD and sent us on our way. He called later and asked if we wanted a prescription for him. I said no. This was not a good experience!!
