When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I left the office feeling that although I had gone to a foot doctor for help and advice I was just given a name to another doctor because Dr. Shoemaker either didn't feel qualified or didn't want to take the time needed to find the right solution for my situation.
