I had 11 pins and a plate installed to fix my arm and shoulder, and I can now lift my arm up over my head. It is still a work in progress, but I have seen great progress and from my experience I would recommend Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists fully.
Kicked my butt, in a good way, to help me build strength. I came in almost unable to move my shoulder. 4 weeks later I felt awesome and back to normal. Relaxed atmosphere and fun staff. Highly recommend.
