Excellent group of very friendly and knowledgeable staff & doctors! This was my third colonoscopy here, and I would rate all at 5 stars.
This is my second time using MNGI for a similar exam I had done 13 years ago. Like the first visit I was very impressed with the level of professionalism starting with my appointment booking to the check-in process and through my procedure itself and subsequent recovery. My provider during this exam was Dr. Rudolph. When it was over I walked out the door with no after effects. I highly recommend this facility be considered when looking towards care for your GI needs.
I would no longer recommend any MNGI clinic.
A family member of mine was booked for a procedure/treatment to find out days before the doctor was "out on vacation". They were appointed another doctor during the same slot. The morning of the actual procedure, were told that the fill in doctor was able to do the procedure scheduled but none of the treatment options that may be needed. Fast forward three weeks to the re scheduled procedure - a phone call a few hours before and AGAIN the doctor scheduled is not trained to do any of the possible treatments during the procedu... read more
