I was in town for work and dropped in for the noon class. I spend a lot of time on the road and see all kinds of different gyms and coaching. The coach was organized, knew the programming without having to read it, and made sure to connect with each person in the class. Nearly 20 people showed up but she handled it well. I'll be back.

Not a member but live by this gym and they play their music so loud and with the bass, it rattles walls and windows. Comman courtesy for those that live near you would be nice! Example would be tonight Friday May 10th....it's 11:10pm and the music is loud enough that I can hear it over my TV while in bed and feel the base.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for a decade and this is the most hospitable gym I’ve ever dropped into. It’s become my go to gym when I’m in town visiting family. They’re flexible and offer great drop in rates. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel like it’s your home gym. Tonya was the main coach I did classes with and she runs a great class. Fun atmosphere with super friendly members and solid workouts that challenge you.
