WORST SERVICE, NO INTEGRITY ! DO NOT BUY FROM PLUSHPOD. – Bought a new custom bed worth 3700usd from them, used it for the first time and the bed is moving from all its junctions. We informed them of the problem and they refused to come and fix the bed without paying an additional costs of 250usd because it's a burden for them to come to orange county to fix the defect. Friendly customer service, funky finds – Finally a place to get high end design for your home without any snobby salespeople. The guys here are great (I forgot their names already!) and they're more than happy to assist with any special orders. While I prefer the aesthetic of Calypso Home a bit more, the people there are completely incompetent, so I'd rather come here. When i shop, i'm all about the full experience and this is a place where you can get that.
