I got to the salon at 9:30am on Friday June 26. I waited only minutes before being shampooed. The process in its entirety was easy. The people that I worked with were very professional, there wasn't a lot of chit-chatting, but I don't need to be engaging in a full on conversation while getting my hair done. My hair is completely natural and it is SUPER thick. I don't ever remember my hair being as straight as it is now after coming to Tatinan's when it was relaxed! My hair is bouncy and full of life!
