The doctors are great. The internet platform is great. The administrative team get an "F" - they fail to answer the phone and respond in 3 days via email?
Initially I was apprehensive about using telehealth because I’ve only ever seen providers in traditional face-to-face settings, but Dr. David Hall and Dr. Mark Wojciechowski, along with PlushCare, have completely changed my perspective. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience with PlushCare. I had a doctor’s visit for an urgent issue. The doctor prescribed a medication and said it should be ready within an hour at the pharmacy. The pharmacy said information was missing and contacted PlushCare for more info. I had to call PlushCare multiple times and spent countless hours on the phone and via email with them.
