Rip off, they always bill you afterwards so it’s never the lost cost that they charge you up front. It’s cheaper to just go to your primary care physician. Most of your PCP’s will telemedicine for you cheaper and or refill a prescription at no cost to you. Plush also requires blood work and lab visits after a few prescriptions are processed and they don’t do 90 day refills more than 2 times. First time PlushCare user. Doc did not turn on her camera and I could tell she was doing other work during my visit as she wasn't paying attention to me and ultimately she an INCORRECT MEDICATION to the pharmacy. If I was not a pharmacist, I may have not caught the error and been taking the wrong medications for the next 7 days. They did not correct the medication until the next day. I asked for refund / credit, for this but never heard back. Never again.
