I would give Plush Care zero stars if I could. They act as a virtual PCP (Primary Care Provider) in place of a traditional, in-person general practitioner. Because I had switched health insurance, I had the option to either see an in-person doctor or use this virtual service. For the sake of ease and convenience, I chose them.
