I would give Plush Care zero stars if I could. They act as a virtual PCP (Primary Care Provider) in place of a traditional, in-person general practitioner. Because I had switched health insurance, I had the option to either see an in-person doctor or use this virtual service. For the sake of ease and convenience, I chose them. Carolyn Chen is the worst provider I have ever met. She left me suffering with symptoms she wouldnt treat and did not order stat labs when I needed them. Horrible
