The first time I ever went the lady messed up my eyebrows that I ended up with a scar! It was my first time ever doing threading so I did not know what to expect!the next time I went because at that time that place was the ONLY place that was open 7 days a week and after 5pm which is the time I get off from work! I used to come to this place for months and I never had a complaint today. I went in there. I got my eyebrows done and I cannot believe I paid $27 and my eyebrows look a hot mess. I will not recommend this place anymore and I will not be back.
they burned my eyelids. it hurts so bad and i give it a 0/10. the pain is the worst, i don’t think their wax is worth it burning your self. please don’t cheat on your loyal eyebrow lady. please save your money i promise you it’s not worth it.
This place use to be my go to for eyebrow threading but over the years they just haven’t been the greatest. My eyebrows have been coming out very thin and the last few ladies I’ve had go very slow which makes it hurt/uncomfortable. I had a coupon that they texted to me but when I tried using it the lady told me I couldn’t, because she didn’t show the coupon on her tablet. I honestly don’t think she even knew how to work the thing. Today was my last time going and I rather drive a little further to SOI eyebrows in Saginaw.
