hadn't been there in a while for my cat's bath and cut. got there today to find out i was being charged a cancellation fee for a appt that i don't remember making(not a good start). then needing to verify my rabies shot and they called my vet which was closed and was told well he bites anyone they will have to stop the work on my cat. if i didn't have plans to meet friends after his drop off i would have just left with my cat. the guy that did the bath and cut today did a good job why i am rating fair but will go back to my ... read more

We always ask clients if they would like to make their pets next appointment before they leave, which I am assuming was when your cats groom was booked. Our appointment system keeps clients updated a week before, a few days before and even the morning of the appointment, as to keep everyone reminded of the groom and to keep your baby on a schedule. 5 weeks ago I took in a stray Shih Tzu, and came to Laura as a recommendation from 2 co-workers. She did a WONDERFUL job fixing him up! Now Randy is a happy little man, and a shadow of what he first looked like. I also enjoyed the fact that he was only there for 3hrs and not all day like groomers I have had previously.
Laura and the staff are all wonderful individuals who care not only about Quality but the Anilmals themselves. With Superb Service and Attention to Detail. I have recommended Plush Paws over and over.
Romeo loves to go see Laura. She treats him like a king and always makes him look fabulous. She is friendly, courteous, and knows her grooming. Love having her shop in College Park.
