I've never been to such an unprofessional salon. I should have known when I walked in and it smelled like an ashtray that I wouldn't be satisfied there. While my hair processed, the stylist went outside to talk on the phone and smoke. As my hair was being done the girls spoke negatively of the other employees and were such a caddy group, it wasn't what I wanted to experience.
