My family had reserved a 4 BD home at Vista Cay Resort back on 12/22/2025 for our Spring break trip 3/9/2026 – 3/14/2026. We booked the home through the VrBo app, but the home itself is managed by property management company, Plus Vacation Homes. Do not make the mistake of booking. I booked one of their locations back in June and upon arrival, the place was not as advertised. We paid nearly 4 thousand for the entirety of our stay, and are hoping to get a refund. We booked them off of Hopper, and as per Hopper’s policy we are entitled to a refund if the home is not as advertised if reported within three days, as it was. The experience was very bad; I suggest you do not rent houses managed by Plus Vacation Homes. We rented a house in Kissimmee on August 2025 with the full payment made upfront. Two days before our arrival on December, I logged into the user area on the property manager's own website and saw that they had changed the house. I sent emails asking about it and was informed that the previously rented house had an electrical problem and could not be used (after reading some reviews here, I think this might not be true).
