Do not make the mistake of booking. I booked one of their locations back in June and upon arrival, the place was not as advertised. We paid nearly 4 thousand for the entirety of our stay, and are hoping to get a refund. We booked them off of Hopper, and as per Hopper’s policy we are entitled to a refund if the home is not as advertised if reported within three days, as it was. The experience was very bad; I suggest you do not rent houses managed by Plus Vacation Homes. We rented a house in Kissimmee on August 2025 with the full payment made upfront. Two days before our arrival on December, I logged into the user area on the property manager's own website and saw that they had changed the house. I sent emails asking about it and was informed that the previously rented house had an electrical problem and could not be used (after reading some reviews here, I think this might not be true). Reserved a place through them, and when we checked in, the unit was occupied, with clothing, bags and toiletries in all rooms and items in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pictures below are of what we encountered when we used our code to get in. We were lucky we didn’t walk in on someone. Horrible! Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Booked and paid in full through Booking.com with Plus Vacation Homes. Reservation was confirmed, money was withdrawn, yet no check-in details were ever provided. After an 8-hour drive, repeated calls, texts, and emails were completely ignored. We were left stranded late at night and forced to find another place last minute. Absolute lack of accountability and respect. They are still holding my money, with a refund taking up to two weeks. We had a wonderful time at our place in Ft. Myers!! We would definitely stay here again and the host Mark was very helpful and answered our questions immediately.
