STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE & HOSTS! The house we rented from them is poorly maintained - broken furniture, mold in the pool, missing items, stains on walls, pool toys and remains from previous guest. We had problems from day 1, some smaller than others which the host was slow to respond to. I had to continually reach out for follow up. And then towards the end of our week stay the AC broke on the 2nd floor. Meaning no AC in the bedrooms in FLORIDA. 7738 Fairfax Drive. New property review. A rather mixed, long review… The night before we arrived, I had a message to say the house had a plumbing issue and wasn’t ready to hosts guests. They offered an upgraded alternative which was NOT an upgrade in the slightest. I replied quickly and then heard NOTHING for hours. I would really avoid this company. We rented a unit for a month in Orlando. The unit was fine in general as we had stayed there before. The big problem was Plus Vacation Homes. During all off hours and often during the business hours you will be speaking to someone with either a crowing rooster in the background or other chaos. Seriously. If it was just that, I would not care. The Internet telephone connection to these folks is spotty at best with difficulty communicating often. Ill give Plus vacations 3 stars only because the home was nice and spacious and the community was quiet and clean. When i got to the house i typically like to do a full walk through to ensure i will not be charged for a single thing while staying in any Airbnbs. under the recliner chairs there was trash. The pool table leg was broken. Rooms were missing remotes. The carpets were dirty!! several small items in house were missing which wasn’t a concern for me i just needed them aware so we weren’t charged a dime. the kids bed ... read more
I'll give 2 stars only because the house was in good condition and clean as it was newly renovated. However upon check in we had no pack and play. I requested it weeks in advance. It didn't get delivered until 10pm. We were also missing majority of the items the house said it came with such a dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, coffee. The ad says fully equipped kitchen. No. There is a fridge OR freezer but it can't be used for both. Like a normal fridge freezer. So if you have frozen items and also need a fridge for cold ... read more
