No other trainer compares to Shawn. I promise you this. Guy changed my life ever since we started training. Like a drill instructor that you always needed to change your life and eating habits. Taught me perfect form, to eat clean, and just be consistent. Worth every dollar and I recommend him to all my family, friends, and co-workers. He is tough but he means well always. God bless you Shawn and I will always remember what you taught me and will always be thankful.

Its hard to believe that Shawn Lewis could be anything close to a "credible trainer" when he spends his time on social media arguing with strangers, and body shaming people he has never met, or even asked for advise from.
