This company has earned our 5 star! Marina of Plus Property (Lompoc office) assisted us every step of the way in Mar. 2025 to prepare a move from WA. State to Lompoc, Ca & this is regarding a rental I saw online that was still available. Marina was awful to work with
Terrible, I repeat TERRIBLE place. They are extremely rude, they have no common decency or respect. They ignore service requests until it’s too late, just trying to save every penny they can with no regards to you or your living conditions. Sometimes I’d come home to an unlocked door that I definitely remembered locking, which is weird because it happened more than a couple of times. The worst part of my day was coming home and I left as soon as I could. May the building be condemned and no one ever live there again.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely disrespectful and worthless in any sense of need. All their employees are unprofessional and untrained. They let the home owners of properties show up to the property with no notice. Any time you call for maintenance or to have something taken care of they call the home owner to come out and fix it their self which is just him coming to the property to tell you how to fix it yourself.
