I was reading some of the reviews here and thought it good to give readers another perspective, as the score seems unfair. We have rented from Plus in our previous and current rentals. The first we rented for four years and any repair we needed was promptly addressed, and we were visited once for inspection so that the company could assess the plumbing and routine maintenance was to standards. This company has earned our 5 star! Marina of Plus Property (Lompoc office) assisted us every step of the way in Mar. 2025 to prepare a move from WA. State to Lompoc, Ca & this is regarding a rental I saw online that was still available. New renters, honestly, if you want no issues with paying rent on time or you notice certain repairs needs to be addressed & your a Renter..my advice.. download their App. Your request is expedited alot quicker than you would expect. Marina was awful to work with
Terrible, I repeat TERRIBLE place. They are extremely rude, they have no common decency or respect. They ignore service requests until it’s too late, just trying to save every penny they can with no regards to you or your living conditions. Sometimes I’d come home to an unlocked door that I definitely remembered locking, which is weird because it happened more than a couple of times. The worst part of my day was coming home and I left as soon as I could. May the building be condemned and no one ever live there again.
