This place solicits landlords on rental postings that clearly states do not solicit. I would not recommend doing business with people that solicit business in shady ways.

Had an appointment to view a property. When I arrived, realized the agent had not disclose the townhome number. Called and text to let her know I had arrived, no response. An hour later received a message stating, "I'm so sorry. I just realized that the person I toured at 10:45 i thought was you. So I left the apartment at 10:55. They didn't even have an appt." Scam vibes, 💯

I went to view a townhome that this company was managing. I told the manager I was very interested at the conclusion of the tour. She told me the requirements to rent and a deposit would take it off the market. She explained the earliest I could get it to her was tomorrow, and I could start the application process that afternoon. To get the application all I had to do was email.
