Just wanted to give special thanks to my trainer Jimmy. I remember starting out not knowing how to use the gym equipment and nearly giving up. He approached me while I was struggling to learn and said he holds training classes for beginners. After learning the basics and also improving on my form, I became more confident at the gym and decided to continue my membership. Unfortunately I had to move areas, but thanks to him I'm still a member of plus fitness.

Absolutely horrible they charge $20 for one day pass and they were doing free trials and they just suddenly stopped with no warning and I couldn’t do any gym activities cause they were very greedy and wanted 20 bucks per day Would not recommend
