This is a wonderful experience and I in I recommended to anyone who wants to lose weight and have inflammation and soreness in a body
The adjustments they did on my hip were life altering. I struggled doing any form of exercise for YEARS and even thought my hips hurt when I walked because I was overweight, after just one adjustment on my hip, I walked with no pain and realized that might have been the barrier that prevented me from enjoying physical exercise for years. There are no words except thank you, I didn’t know I would get quality of life back.
